If I hadn't destroyed the packaging, I'd return it. I thought one side was usb-c, but it's not. so it's double annoying. Read/write speeds aren't anything to write home about either. They're just ok.

Pick up thing not related to Covid but to decrease need to restock. Product met my needs.

It makes it so much easier than having to remove memory card to copy it. Only thing that would make it better is if the connector to the phone was a little longer so you could use with case on phone.

The center slides and there is a stop for each end, but usually becomes loose, making it difficult to insert and remove. I would recommend any other USB stick.

Posted .Hi, we appreciate your feedback regarding the SanDisk® Ultra Dual Drive. These USB Drives have a retractable USB slider mechanism. The slider should lock itself when the USB connector is all the way out so that it can be easily connected to a USB port. When not in use, you can slide it back to the closed position, protecting the USB connector from any bumps and knocks that it might otherwise be subjected to. If the lock mechanism is not functioning properly, we would suggest you to please contact us directly and we will assist you towards the best possible resolution including a possible warranty replacement if required.

If you have several USB ports close together you will not be able to fit anything next to these as it has an extra wide body that is unnecessary.
