The flash drive works perfectly for backing up my Motorola Droid Z Play phone. The real benefit is the SanDisk Memory Zone software, which is the best I've found for managing the files on my phone with understandable explanations and prompts.

Small and compact. The dual USB C and A sides are great and future proofing. I do not have a phone with USB C yet, but I know in time I will. I use it to transfer files between my notebook with C and my desktop with A since my computers never agree with each other over my network, this is a time saver! Comes preloaded with an Android app to help manage files between a phone and PC, I deleted it as it didn't fit my needs, but I am sure its great for those who need it.

I needed a removable storage option that I could easily use between my USB C only Apple MBP and other non-USB C devices. Lo and behold this beauty! It has a large storage capacities and works easily. Just slide the connection port needed to get the job done. When done using the product both connection ends slide discreetly into the housing so no worrying about damaging the connector. I wish there was a sturdy click or some indicator to let you know that both connectors are securely housed in the device. I would often slide too far in either direction and cause the connector on one side to protrude slightly. Aside from that, this product is excellent.

I bought this for my Ipad Pro that I just purchased and what can I say about it...it does everything it is designed to do and it does it well. Very portable storage that lets me save items to it and upload from it. I also love that it has such a huge amount of memory - 128 gigs is a LOT of memory! 5/5 rating from me on this one!!!

Our new MacBook Pro is great but the USB-C ports can make it difficult to transfer and backup files. This drive, with both USB-C and USB 3 ports is a perfect solution for swapping files between computers. The large size is helpful as we have large media files that we don't need to access regularly but need it easier to access than download it from the Internet. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that has both USB 2/3 and USB-C computers.

It's a great little USB-C flash drive! It works on my Pixel 2 (will update for Pixel 5 later on) for transferring files, particularly photos! Since Google doesn't offer unlimited, full resolution backups to the drive anymore, this has been very handy. It does run a bit hot when in use so be warned, but transferring files was fairly quick!

This USB Stick works fantastic for transferring files, folders, pictures, videos, etc from your USB C smartphone to your computer since it has both the USB A & C type adaptors in the same device. Just slide the button either direction & "whallaw"! 128 Gb of storage not bad either for such a small device. Would be even better if it had a small loop for a lanyard though. It could be lost if you don't keep your eyes on it. :0

    Everyone Said it Wouldn’t Work

When I asked if there was a way to download documents from my iPad’s “Files” folder all the Apple Support techs said it cannot be done and can only be saved to iCloud, iTunes, or to a computer! Since I got my iPad so I would NOT have to get a computer, I was a little miffed, and felt that I should be able to have a local copy of my files — just in case the balloon goes up, EMP, Zombie Apocalypse, etc. The floor person said I should just try it anyway, and if it didn’t work I had 24 days to return it! So I did and was pleasantly surprised! It did not require the downloading of any apps, and the iPad recognized the thumb drive as “NO NAME” and allows a file to be transferred with a <long hold><Move><NO NAME><Copy> sequence. It ain’t perfect but for now it works! Why these files are not as easy to transfer as photos has not been explained, but Apple must have a reason! Hope this helps!

I purchased the Type C flash drive to use with my cell phone. I use it to declutter my saved pictures that I want backed up but not necessarily stored on my phone constantly. My husband also uses it to store our son's races on and watch on his phone while out and about.

I recently purchased the MacBook Pro and needed a way to transfer information from my old flash drive to a new one that was compatible with this new MacBook. This SanDisk Ultra USB dual drive provided a way to do this. It was easy to transfer data with the dual USB drive with its full-size and a microUSB connector. It has worked great for all my needs so far.
