Picked it up on sale when the need for a new SSD became apparent. Read/write speeds are as fast as advertised. Windows boot time is under 8 seconds on cold boot, so fast I don't even get to see the POST screen on reboots. Game load times are cut by 50% or better in many cases, though that is the case for most any SSD vs a HDD. My ARK server boots in about 2.5 minutes instead of 20+ minutes. Only con is the price per gb compared to hard drives. You still really don't have a viable budget option for storing data that actually relies on high speed access. That's true for any SSD though, and if you catch this one on sale it's cheaper than a SATA model that runs 1/4 of the speed.

Definitely a great value at the current sale price. Super easy to install if you’re comfortable with the act. My motherboard read drive with ease and no issues have arrived so far. There are better options technically on the market but at the moment this has the best value.

This was my first NVMe solid state drive. Installation was a very easy, came with detailed instructions if needed. Does not include the screw for your motherboard. I did have to go into the bios to turn it on and set it as the boot drive. The drive itself is amazing, windows 10 installed in about 5 minutes, benchmarking it at https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Software (it's free if your wondering) rated it at 261% of expected speed at 1,502 MB/s for read and write speed, my SATA solid state drive comes in at 94% 423 MB/s and my regular SATA drive at 93% 126 MB/s. So if you are wondering is it really faster the answer is yes. I have had no problems with it, price is excellent. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

Amazing speedy little drive, I know these SanDisk drives are reliable I have a couple of the memory cards and they last forever. It's DRAM-less but don't really need it, and it doesn't get hot like DRAM SSDs.

Decent speeds, hard to beat price. I've steered clear of Sandisk for awhile on usb flash drives since they seem to fail quicker but there shouldn't be any problems here with NVMe. Performance is on par with more premium brands.

I got 2 of these for my pc when they were 109 bucks. For that price I shoulda bought some more. These are faster, smaller and easier to install than previous hdd’s or ssd’s. If your motherboard supports them, use them.

A really fast, affordable NVMe Solid State Drive

I purchased this SanDisk - Ultra 1TB PCIe Gen 3 x4 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive to build my own external SSD. It did not disappoint! I mated it with a Sabrent USB 3.2 Type-C Tool-Free Enclosure for M.2 PCIe NVMe. I'm getting consistent 925mbs read/ write times from this setup, comparing it to my Samsung T5 only getting in the 440mbs range. I hope this helps anyone looking for an affordable internal SSD. You can go wrong with the SanDisk Ultra.

The product is great for its value. Bought it on sale and I use it as my additional storage on my B450-f gaming motherboard. I already have one of these for my OS and it's literally like an instant power onto my desktop when you use this M2 SSD. I would recommend it.
