    It has the laptop 2.5 inch form factor so compatibility is great. I was trying to decide between this and a NvME (which offers greater speeds) but I really wanted the 1tb. I actually ended up pairing this with an Optane drive in my m.2 slot just for kicks. For the price, this is one of the best SSDs you can buy, especially if you can get it on sale.

    I originally purchased this for my Dell Inspiron 17r laptop as my old hdd was showing signs of slowing down. The speed on this SanDisk SSD is stupid fast!! I was so impressed I purchased another one for my PS4 Slim. Everything loads 5x faster and games run so much smoother. Installs take a fraction of the time compared to a mechanical hdd.
