Worth it to replace mechanical HDD

Review of Geek Squad service

A tech with Lenovo recommended we bring it to Best Buy for diagnostics. Made an in store appointment with our local BB Geek Squad and while it turned out our hard drive had crashed ..we were thankful for the service we received from Dany. We appreciated his knowledge, his empathy, his honesty, & recommendations. While we didn't anticipate having to buy a new hard drive, because of his customer service, we felt he steered us in the right direction. We also were impressed how quickly our new drive was installed with all of the apps we were accustomed to using.
