It took forever to load pages online and for apps to respond. After much frustration, I took my laptop to the TotalTech Geek Squad at Best Buy. After diagnosing the laptop, the tech, Philip, said that it needs a new Hard Drive. He recommended this one. Boy, what a difference!! It runs better than new! Highly recommend it. Great value for the money!

I have been using this brand for over fourteen years and Sandisk make great quality products . I highly recommend you to buy it for Apple computers .

No hardware (mounting screws) or instructions included. Dashboard software is available for download via their website. Please note that no "cloning" software is included. there are many "guides" on how to install and properly configure your computer for an SSD, as well as "free" software to handle the cloning (if you choose that route). 3 year warranty...great performance gain, plus the larger capacity at an affordable price is great!

Great replacement for aging hard drive

The old drive was constantly reading and writing (audibly) and hanging up trying to load programs. The solid state drive makes no noise at all and is lightning fast!

New Sata Replacement Drive.

Purchased to replace a mechanical (old style) 1T Sata drive in an HP computer. Mechanical disk failed a week after warranty ran out. Took all of 10 minutes to remove cover on computer hook up drive and close it up and check that computer recognized it. Took another 3 hours to reinstall Windows and all my software.

Solid SDD

Single best upgrade I have made on my laptop. Highly recommend. No transfer software, but with a simple google search thats no big deal.

Outtstanding!

I had a minor problem with starting up my laptop and when I took it in to Geek Squad, the service advisor recommended I get my laptop tuned up and consider a solid state drive for improved performance. And the SanDisk Ultra 1 terabyte drive does just that. Speeds my start up, retrieval of docs from my shared drive and other web sites and the increased memory for storage is an added benefit!
