Almost all routers have at least one USB input, and that input can be used as a network storage receptacle. I had been eyeing the SanDisk line for just a few weeks when I saw the USB 3 (backward compatible, of course) go on sale for ... well, it was a VERY aggressive price point! As soon as I got it home and unwrapped it, breezed through the directions for anything "funny" I should know, then plugged it in. The router IMMEDIATELY recognized it and on the routers maintenance page I could even name the drive. Additionally, virtually every device connected to our home network could, also, IMMEDIATELY see the new "drive". Further, the performance is OUTSTANDING! we were lucky enough to get a router with a USB 3 socket, so we are enjoying the FULL PERFORMANCE BENEFITS OF THE DEVICE AS WELL AS THE RELIABILITY AND STABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH SANDISK PRODUCTS !!! In hindsight, I should have held out and gotten the 512GB drive; however, that is small potatoes. As time goes on we'll relegate this drive to an off-network back-up device and get the "new" 2 TB version at some point in ... the next few months!?!? What a plan !!!

Use it to load Cd's onto it and use in new car on USB port. New car won't play Cd's. Works great can load a lot of CD's on to it. Also got 3 for a great price.

I was looking to add a couple thumb drives to my collection this was one of them, this fit the bill.

These are good to have on your person if you frequently install SW or other media onto clients machine. I carry these with me most times.

We bought this to deliver raw video files from a wedding we videoed. We normally don’t do flash drives, but this one worked perfectly and did the job great.

Sandisk has a good reputation having been available for some time. Very reliable, compact with lots of picture and video storage, it’s a go to flash drive for me.

Good fast way to BU computer, easy fast small and light

It is fast at saving files. I wished it had a cap and didn’t slide as sometimes it slides back in when trying to plug it in. Otherwise very happy with this and the amount of storage it has.

Holds a good deal of data, have always worked, and info is quickly accessible.

The product worked. I mean, it took the data in, and then it dished the data out. Just like it's supposed to. I mean, its kinda hard to get overly excited about a flash drive. But it did its thing, for an unbelievable price, so 5 stars for this awesome product!!
