A USB sandisc with 256gb storage works as a great emergency back-up of doc's, small programs, pictures, plus you can use it on any computer. This a lot of memory for a USB sandisc and the price I paid, I never seen a 256b usb this cheap, when I SEEN THE ITEM ON PRICE OF THE DAY, it was a must..........I have put several full size movies to test the speed which showed no difference from disc drive.

Needed to clear off space on my laptop due to slowing performance issues. Lots of space on the flash drive and easy to use.

I used this when transferring files from my pc to a mac book pro. When I am done with that I will be using the san disk flash drive as a back up to the backup for all my photos. I appreciate that the physical size of the san disk usb drives remain compact. Usb ports are close together and some other brands of usb are big enough that a second drive can not be plugged in to the adjacent port.

My son needed this for school last year. This is high-capacity, high-speed device and is perfect for your ever-growing data storage needs. Its the only brand we use.

This item has great storage And is easy to use.I had no problems using it or retrieving my music and pics,docs and other items I had. It is awesome to have such a small item than to hold a whole lot of your music and pictures all other items that you want to put on them.

Nice USB thumb drive with a large capacity and good speed. The only drawback is that, for a modern thumb drive, it's large. Great price and no performance problems.

I have used this 256 gig thumb drive daily for movies and tv shows. It's very handy when you don't want to travel or move around with a larger 2, 3 or 5 TB external hard drive. I like the speed of transferring to and from it. This is my second one and I would recommend it.

It holds all the files and photos from our old desktop. It was easy to use and eliminated having more than one flash drive to store docunents and pictures.

Bought this primarily for my Chromebook. It works great, being instantly recognised, and allows files to be dragged and dropped on to it from both My Drive and Downloads very quickly. The 256 gb capacity means a huge amount of files and folders on my windows laptop can be stored on it as well and later accessed on my Chromebook and vice versa. Very simple and easy to use.

Holds a good amount of data, does what you want. It's data storage, what do you want from it? Data storage. What does it give you? Data storage. They wanted 50 characters so I decided to give it some more. It stores data. What I am typing is data. Maybe if we all type enough of it, the electronic overlords will choke on it (doubtful) and leave us alone. IT'S DATA STORAGE. What do you want to know about data storage?! I plugged it in and it worked. That's why I bought it. I didn't ask it to make me a sandwich, which if i was asking would have been a simple grilled bologna and cheese with a touch of sweet German mustard and some sliced dill pickles. But it can't do that, can it? NO. It's a stupid plastic encased bit of technology that stores and transfers data. It won't cure cancer, it won't solve climate change and it doesn't really matter, except to do the one thing it is meant for. And at storing data, it's truly outstanding.

I wanted a simple portable way to back up all of my pictures and videos, even though I have a backup hard drive connected to my PC desktop, This flash drive is perfect. 256 GB holds a lot of data. USB 3.0 means fast transfer. I can carry it in my pocket between locations. This is a perfect solution.
