Used to store the records of a camera system. Quite good. No complaints. Value can be better but these are frequently on sale so one can get it for a better price.

I tend to keep movies on flash drives and play them on my TV for my kids, but 8gb drives only held a few movies...Then this bad boy came along at a great price and I had to buy it. I can store a ton of movies on it and it's quick to upload onto, as well.

Sandisk is a name you can trust. This will be big enough to hold thousands of pictures.

Excellent and durable. USB-3 is worth the install if your PC (like mine) didn't have it. One available card slot gives you access to great sticks like this one. But note, they actually run slower than USB-2 sticks if you use them in USB-2 plugs.

I purchased 2 of these when they were offered for $49 each, a savings of over $100 from Best Buy's regular price. The performance of the product is excellent. Why only 4 stars? Shortly after buying these, Costco had essentially the same thumb drives (SanDisk 256GB, USB 3.0, Type A) for $29 each. As you might imagine, I had a knot in my stomach having lost $40. Lesson learned. This is why I won't recommend this product. One can buy the same thing at Costco for far less.
