I purchased 2 of these when they were offered for $49 each, a savings of over $100 from Best Buy's regular price. The performance of the product is excellent. Why only 4 stars? Shortly after buying these, Costco had essentially the same thumb drives (SanDisk 256GB, USB 3.0, Type A) for $29 each. As you might imagine, I had a knot in my stomach having lost $40. Lesson learned. This is why I won't recommend this product. One can buy the same thing at Costco for far less.

Yup, its a flash drive. No problems. I use it with my elegoo mars.

I bought this after Sony did an update on the PS4 stating that you can now use a flash drive as external storage. The only requirements being it has to be 250 gig or bigger and has to be USB 3.0. The only problem is once you format it it's only around 239 gig or so. So it does not work for my intended purpose. So I use it to speed up my computer which it does well.

This flash drive transfers very efficiently and has a fairly large capacity for the price.

Good price for lots of storage. Quality brand, easy to use

Good, solid thumb drive. I am constantly amazed at the small differences in performance in thumb drives. This is solid, reasonably fast, although not night and day different from other USB 3.0 drives I own. Truthfully, I usually by from a reputable manufacturer based on price - there is just not a meaningful difference for their application. No complaints.

Good value for the amount of storage. Time will tell if it is durable

This is a large capacity USB 3 stick. It worked very well. I used it to put True Image backup software on it to backup my Surface 3 (128Gig). It was a little slower than I expected but I believe this is because it was not a high speed flash like a SSD.

I bought this as additional memory for my smart tv. It's working great so far.

I got this flash drive to be able to transfer information from my old computer to my new one. It worked out great and was very fast when putting the info on the new computer via one of its usb 3.0 ports.

Excellent backup for my Mac mini. Keep this in my safety deposit box.

Nice back up for my files, I do digital art and this was good to hold some of my files as a back up.

I dont like the design but it works. Bought to store extra files for MacBook i use it with usb c adapter

Very good usb drive for storing anything I need on it like saves and stuff from my PS4 Pro

I am falling behind in the technical world, but this was a very good buy in my opinion. I use it mainly for my music. I have my entire collection of it and then some other odds and ends. It is small, fast (usb 3.0) and holds a lot of information.

This USB has a lot of storage and it is small you can carry anywhere

I was impressed at how quickly this SanDisk could copy files on my new PC. However, if you have an older PC with a 2.0 USB, it won't work nearly so fast. But if the price is right, buy it - 256GB is a massive amount of storage for a flash drive!

Strongly recommended, I use this to store my videos…used it for a while and is still not full!
