Just a simple bump into another object and it broke instantly.

I have a Samsung S20 and it was not listed as compatible when I went to the website. I bought this online so I didn't know. It also only works with certain laptops so I couldn't give it to my kids to use on their Chromebooks. I had to go to the store to return the four that I purchased.
