Does not work

However the product itself was a disapointment. It gets hot almost immediately after inserting it in my phone. I am thinking a defected one was shipped to me. I am very dissatisfied. Need a refund. But i am in jamaica with the product. What a waste of money.

Not compatible with Mophie case

Problem is the insert is not long enough to connect to the phone while in the mophie case. The external battery charging case is extremely difficult to remove from the phone, so I haven't been able to use this. Additionally, I didn't know I would need to download an app to my phone in order to use the flashdrive.
