It is the largest size of SD card that the regular 3ds will accept. I was ecstatic when I saw the 32 GB one was on sale, and promptly snatched one up at the $39.99 asking price. the 3ds offers digital distribution, and this should hold any games that I won't be able to buy in store. *cough* *Phoenix Wright 5* *cough* It's an SD card, and it works. I'm not sure what else you want me to say. The price will vary, so it's on you whether or not it's worth it to you.

It was discounted and I received it in a timely manner. What would I need else! This definitely was a pleasant buy.

This is the primary reason why I got it. The sales rep stated the video quality would be improved c this storage medium over a standard SD memory card. Upon playback of the video I honestly could not tell that great of a difference between the two. However I have only had this for a sort while. Time will ultimately tell if this device will outperform in the long run.
