Where's my SecureAccess software?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am frustrated that I was sold a product, directed by that product to "Get the latest version" [of software, i.e., SecureAccess] and a button that says: "Open Download Page". I followed the instructions and have received nothing for my time, money, and effort. I sought help from the Western Digital website, and online chat person. I did not receive the help I required. So, at the end of the day I was sold a product with features I cannot use, and the "chat" person essentially dismissed me.
