I use this often to capture video and audio files that I want to share with others. Often the files are huge and I would max out the Google Drive storage capacity quickly. As an alternative, I just bring this drive with me and download any files directly to other android cellphones or Windows based laptops. Having both the type A/C connections offers great flexibility, while the fast transfer speed and 256GB storage capacity make this a great drive for anyone dealing with a multitude of different file types and sizes. Keep in mind that this also gives you the option to avoid loading up your 128GB or 256GB laptop with extraneous/temporary files that you plan to delete or modify before you archive them. This drive is not suitable for use with IPhones due to the difference in plug-in design. I don't know about any compatability issues that may exist with MacIntosh products.

I wanted to get something budget friendly just to save minor projects that I didn’t wanting just sitting on my computer. I love the sandisk ssd drives but didn’t want to spend that much especially for the simple things i need it for, this is nice and small, gets the job done and i love how it has dual usb so i can switch between my computer and ipad with no issues.

I've been the family photographer for over 40 years at family gatherings. I desided to pull together a flash drive collection as a present. This SanDisk - Ultra 256GB is small so they (snowbirds) can take it with them. It worked super fast. Usually when I click eject, other flash drives notify me, still working. But not with this bad boy. Since I wasn't sure if they need a type A or C, this covers the unknown. I was surprised at how much memory was left after I finished loading folders by year. This allows the family to add additional pics of their own. I can't speak to it's longevity since this is a recent purchase.

Surprised how small the thing was when I received it. So easy to carry around, but I’ve also almost lost it because of the size. I got it because of large PowerPoint and Word files I have to save for school, and it does not struggle to save them.

I like that I can use this with both standard usb and usb c devices. Very compact good capacity and inexpensive.

Love the size! the multi-port makes it convenient for either connection to the laptop or ipad. It's fast loading and transferring files. Highly recommend! I do wish it had an endcap to protect the opening but since I keep it in a plastic box I don't have to worry yet about dirt getting into either opening

I like software that controls this USB. It's also fast, and of course, portable and has more than enough space for my travel editing needs.

We were trying to transfer data from a laptop to a new computer, so we needed these flash drives for the project. I love that they are USB/A and C as the other USB runs my mouse. These flash drives worked great and are now empty again and awaiting the transfer of hundreds of photos for storage. Easy to use, and a good prices for the high storage amount. Highly recommend

This little guy has proven far more usefual than I even originally intended. Main purpose was to transfer files easily between my laptop and Steam Deck with the handy USB A-or-C functionality, but I've ended up using it for far more than just a shuttle for game roms - it's super fast and the seamless adaptability (and tiny size) makes it perfect for long-term storage of any number of critical files and photos you may want to keep - and obviously you don't have to worry about data decay with a flash drive - for $18, couldn't be happier! Buy two!

This is the best thing since sliced bread. It’s extremely convenient for your phone, computer, tablet, whatever has a usb-c port. I’m glad I got this on sale, it’s also easy to use. As small as a pinky, perfect for an influencer or an editor lol. 10/10 I would buy so many if I needed that much storage.

Love this. Bought it on sale though, so might love it less if I paid full price. Works fantastically, very fast and reliable. And...SO MUCH SPACE! Great for quickly storing or moving large files off my phone/computer. Only potential issue is it's TINY and dinky. Smallness makes it feels flimsy. Like it could break easily. Also again...so tiny. I attached a red string to it and a red sticker to keep track of it, and I never leave the house with it. Highly losable. Also makes the base of my (new, Samsung Galaxy Note) phone very hot, after about 20 mins of use.

Small and super convenient for Laptops with these new usb type c connections. Large storage amount. Easy to toss in your work bag and store large amounts of documents and music files.
