One of the best Qualities of this Flash Drive is the Low Profile design. You won't have a large device protruding out of one of your USB ports, where either the device gets broken or Worse the USB Port. 256 GBs is a decent amount of storage space & it has a decent data transfer rate of 400MBs as well. SanDisk is a trusted name brand that has proven to be reliable over the years. You can even use this Flash Drive to install Windows or Become A temporary hard drive for Windows O.S. The only things I can say bad about it, is that the plastic casing is kind of fragile and can crack & during a large data transfer it gets exceedingly HOT. But I guess when you pack that much space and speed into something that small, it should be expected to get hot. My Ultra Fit flash drives have lasted for years and still work fine. I would recommend this to anybody who needs vast storage space without wanting a large device hanging out of their UBS port.

Bought this to add some extra storage to my laptop. It's small footprint allows me to just leave it plugged in which I do. The speeds are great for what i use it for mostly photos and videos.

I wanted this specifically to plug into my vehicle for music. It was a good price for the capacity, physical size, & available locally. I might have saved 5 to 10 bucks if I wanted to wait longer for shipping or if I didn't care about the physical size. Because it's so small, it can get hotter than larger drives. Also the plastic around the usb port is very thin so I'm concerned about durability if I'm frequently removing it. Turns out my vehicle stereo is temperamental regardless of the drive I use. Too bad because this was a perfect fit. I'm satisfied with the purchase anyway. 20 to 30 bucks for this capacity was reasonable at this point in time. I've had no problems with this brand so far.

Love this little flash drive. Very low profile that doesn’t get it the way. You don’t even notice it’s there. I use it to free up memory on my MacBook Pro. Very simple to use, just plug and play. No need to format it. Wish I had bought more than one when it was on sale..... :-(

I love the compact size; I just wish I could buy one in a 1TB size or larger. I use these regularly for imaging systems, boot live images (Live Linux images, diagnostics utilities, etc.), for small NFS shares off my router, job storage on my color laser printer, and also a large portion of my media library for use in the car.
I really like that it is so compact because I can leave it plugged into my laptop when i pack it up for travel, and it doesnt introduce any clearance issues with printers, gaming consoles, or anything else.
On long (3GB+) sequential reads, i get a sustained average transfer rate of 68.8MB/s, which is faster than most traditional spinning rust drives I've had so i am very satisfied with the performance.

SanDisk - Ultra 256GB USB 3.1 provides cost effective high speed reliable data back-up for your USB 3.1 devices. The small size enables you to store it in secure locations and even harden it against magnetic fields or EMP related data loss.

Bought two of these thumb drives, to replace 20 flash drives which had been used over 25 years of docs, PDFs and jpg files from my MacBooks and PCs. The joy of downsizing, getting files organized by theme rather than platform has just begun.

It’s a thumb drive, lol. I love low profile, I use these in tablets, laptops, and my synths because they don’t stick out and are fast enough to pull music samples off of in real time for my MPC One and other stuff.

Bought this because I was looking for a small flash drive to store a Windows install on and it does exactly that. Sure it's a little large for just that but it is getting harder and harder to find simple USB flash drives in small capacities so I'm fine with it.

The product meets the "advertised" read/write speed. (Although I wish the write speed was at least closer to the read speed)
From my testing, I was able to attain about 130 Mbps read & 45 Mbps write.
Other than that, it's pretty much like any other USB. I don't use their proprietary software.

I liked it's compact size, however the plastic surrounding the drive is very flimsy. After about a week of using it, a piece already broke off. It is still fully functional, but I have to put it into a small protective plastic box to transport it, defeating the purpose of it's small size. SanDisk makes plenty of other good drives and products and I am happy with all and will keep on buying them, but I'll stay away from this one.
