I drop in on my father from time to time to make sure he's doing alright. The Alexa drop in feature makes this extremely convenient. We also use the displays as photo frames, cycling through lots of old photos, which my father loves. I have zero complaint with the hardware, but Amazon seems to occasionally cause glitches with their software/firmware updates. It has mostly been stuff which can be quickly resolved, but it still happens regularly enough for me to dock the review one star.
