    Very sturdy unit and supports the tv well. The only issue is that there appears to be no way to lock the mount in one position for viewing. There could also be some sort of theft protection\feature added,

    It appears to be a good product but after mounting we discovered it didn't work in the area. I tried to return it but was told I couldn't because it was over 2 weeks from purchase. I thought the return policy was one month. I'm doubtful I will purchase anything at Best Buy again.

    So far, so good. Just got it today. Since they ask for a review right away, that’s all I have to say. I had a professional install it to the tv and wall, so I cannot speak about ease of use, or anything else. It’s holding the tv nicely. Oh, but I was told that, even though it’s a very good product, I spent way too much for something I could’ve gotten with another brand for almost a quarter of the price. Oh well.
