I’ve used a couple of them now easy to install. if you install the mount first to the wall and the plate to the TV, it makes sense easy with only having one person to do the job.

I guess it would be okay if you set it for one placement but as you can see when I have the mount extended it is perfect and level. When you set it back against the wall it is WAY out of level. I can do the opposite also but it will never adjust to level at both settings?? I called support and they actually said that was the way it was made and they were sorry but would just have to live with it!?! What? For $100 I don’t have to live with a flawed design…will be returning this mount
