The standard for tv mounts!

Also being able to move the tv around in case i need to change hdmi’s around or move some cables behind the tv without any hassle. Full motion is something id never use.

Wish there were more cable management to hide the extra cables. Though so far it’s awesome. Tilts easily, extends easily, also able to turn it to get a better viewing angle from the sides

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We hired Best Buy’s professional installation service to mount an 85” Samsung QLED TV and soundbar, assuming that their experts would do the job safely and correctly. Unfortunately, we were wrong. After the 90 day warranty expired, the 85” TV ripped itself away from the wall, bending the Sanus Elite wall mount and damaging the Samsung soundbar, our wall and floor. Upon inspection, we found that only 1 of the 6 bolts was properly secured into a stud! The other 5 bolts were placed directly into drywall with an anchor incapable of supporting this weight long-term. This was not a product defect or general wear and tear since we did not move or adjust the TV. It was clear negligence in the original installation done by the Best Buy authorized contractor. However, when we contacted Best Buy support and our local store manager with our receipt and pictures, they repeatedly refused to amend their 90-day warranty despite the fact that professionally secured TVs should stay safely mounted to a home’s structure for decades. They eventually just stopped responding. We paid for Best Buy Total Membership warranty and installation to avoid exactly this kind of risk, but now we’re still left with thousand$$ in damages to our home/equipment and an unsightly situation to repair ourselves. Warning to others: think twice before trusting Best Buy’s installation services, especially for large TVs. If something goes wrong due to their workmanship, they will not stand behind it.

While SANUS provides the wall mount, all installations through Best Buy—including stud placement and mounting method—are handled independently by Geek Squad.

First TV Wall Mount

Service Tech/GeekSquad Rep MATT did a fantastic job placing the bracket nicely centered so it can be seen from all seating positions. The unit can be pulled forward, tilted up or down and side-to-side for a great viewing experience. This is our first wall mount and our family loves it!
