It tilts side to side and extends forward. We used Hideit wall mounts for our XBOX One X and placed it behind the TV and it works perfect. I highly recommend it. It has a quality build that doesn't feel cheap or loose.

Really like that the bottom of the vesa mounts “click” onto the wall mount vs needing to use screws. Also the straps that hang down make it easy to release them and adjust TV position. Is it expensive? Yes. Do I want my $4500 TV to fall though…. Nope!

Although it would be likely that 2 wood studs would hold the weight, I decided to, for more safety, use a bracket that would hold 3-4 studs. Installed and working perfectly. you can expand it to include 4 studs with no problem. Although the sticker price is definitely outrageous, it is really a good bracket and fully recommended

It doesn't have the flexibity to pivot left or right very much, but I don't need that kind of movement in my theatre room (honestly - with BIG TVs, why would you need to tilt left or right?)

There are three studs but in a not traditional set up (closer than 16 inches to each other). This is one of the few mounts that work with this set up. I didn't really care if it tilted or not, but not gonna argue with that for the price (99.99 instead of 199.99 on sale).

Great Flexibility for bigger TVs

It pulls off of wall slightly for that extra tilt and movement to compliment any room. Didn't need the fancy option to pull out further and full tilt left or right, seemed unnecet now after trying this mount.

I would highly recommend this mount over the mounts that don't pull out from the wall at all if you plan on having cords connected to your tv.

Does not fit TCL 98" TV

However, best buy staff sold this to me and it did not fit my 98" TCL S5, so I had to return it. However, when I opened the box the instructions and frame were solid. Taking a star off because it should not have been bundled with the TV that I got.
