My only concern is that my Samsung TV states that I shouldn't mount my TV any closer than 10 cm (3.9 inches) from the wall. This is unexpected because my TV cord only sticks out about 1.5 cm (about 0.6 inches) from the wall. I imagine that this is just something that Samsung states, but for purists out there, check your TV's manual for guidance on the minimum recommended spacing between the TV and the wall.
