The Best Buy website and Sanus website reference different maximum TV sizes - I've mounted both a 65 and 75 inch Sony using this mount.

For me, this was a planned install with basement remodel, so planned and installed bracing in 2x wall before wallboard. Easy to place and remove TV, in my case, a 32" Smart TV.

What a difference it makes. This mount was very easy to install my 55" Samsung Curved Television. Very clear and simple to follow the provided directions and I had my TV mounted on the wall (with the aid of a friend) within 20-minutes.

Comes with template and any type of screw you’d need for your tv type and brand. User error that was avoided: (the plug, located directly behind the unit) for our tv pushed the tv back from attaching to the mount. We were (barely) able to solve the issue with the included spacers.

It looked complicated and I wasn't sure I could do it myself. But once I started, the directions were very clear and the "snap" mentioned in the directions to demonstrate the item was working properly was very obvious. Only tiny concern, the cable dropped from the TV once and I had to take tv from wall and plug it in again because drawstring to pull bottom of tv outward didn't do the trick. Worried it may happen again.
