I trust Sanus mounts based on their quality. I needed something for my new 98 inch Samsung TV that would help me mount it flush to the wall. This allowed me to mount on .6 inch from the wall. Although it indicates it supports up to 80 inch TVs, it is only a guideline. I recommend you go to the Sanus site and verify if a mount actually works with your TV and this one was approved for my Samsung TV. Best of all got it on sale during the holidays. One thing I do not like are the plastic pieces that allow you to tilt the TV to get to cables. There is no way to lock them in place. Also, the strings to disconnect the brackets from the wall were too small. I had to extend them with long zip ties so that they could be accessed easily. So if you plan to mount a larger TV, I suggest you extend the strings on the brackets. Otherwise, a solid TV mount.

This is an awesome wall mount if you want to get the TV wall look (especially for TVs above 80 inches). It has a minimal gap and is super easy to install. Mounted an 83” Samsung OLED with it.

I own several SANUS mounts, and this one is a standout. It’s incredibly slim and was a breeze to install. I highly recommend the slim fixed SANUS mounts—they’re sleek and functional, unlike the bulky, tilting mounts. With those, you can often see a tangle of cords from the side, which can be an eyesore. I mounted a LG OLED 48" slim tv on this. I would be hesitant to toss up a 100-150lb 80", but if they tested the limits on it maybe this mount could handle it.

Maybe it's just because I've mounted several tv's now recently, but these are some of the easiest mounts to follow instructions for and install. Just make sure you're finding studs to mount into and plan ahead on height and stud locations. Use the provided template and that will make life a whole lot easier. Also, one of the BEST recommendations, if you're planning to DIY the installation, is to get a "stud buddy", literally any magnetic device will help you locate studs as the drywall nails that are used to hang drywall will help you find the exact center of a stud. Our only grip is there's no built-in solution to hide the pull-strings once the TV is mounted. May no matter for large enough TV's, but smaller TV's, those pull-tabs will absolutely be visible beneath the TV.

I purchased this mount for my brand new Vizio 55 in Smart TV. The installation was simple and quick. I selected this Mount specifically because of its low profile and the fact that I did not need any swivel or tilt. The mount offers a convenient tip out option which provides for access to wiring locations. The mount allows for easy side to side positioning to accommodate the fact that studs in the wall may not be centered in the space. My only issue is that the releases to tip out the TV for wire access sometimes bind and are difficult to release but access to the wiring is not a common event.

A true super slim mount for a flush wall mount for your TV. Well built, easy to install. Very easy to install with easy-to-follow instructions. No missing parts and an abundance of screws, bolts and washers of difference sizes to meet your personal, specific needs.

I purchased this mount for my Samsung S95D OLED 65” TV, and while it has some great qualities, there were a few hiccups during installation. The mount is impressively slim and really does place the TV very close to the wall, giving it a clean, almost flush look—exactly what I was going for. However, the included M8 mounting screws were too long for my setup. I had to use the provided spacers, but that ended up causing another issue: the screw heads interfered with the mount’s locking mechanism, preventing it from fully engaging. To fix the problem, I ordered shorter M8 screws separately, which allowed everything to work as intended. Once installed properly, the mount looks great and feels solid. If Sanus had included shorter M8 screws in the box, this would’ve been a perfect product. Just something to be aware of if you’re planning to use it with a Samsung OLED like the S95D.

well designed, simple and works. But what was really excellent is the online instructions for virtually every TV brand and model ever made. Go to the website listed in the instruction in the box and enter your brand and model TV and it gives you precise measurements to put the mount on the wall to make sure the TV is exactly where yo want it. Also includes hardware for a wide variety of TVs. Worth a few bucks over generics ones just for this feature alone.

I was a little hesitate to purchase based on some of the reviews but decided to give it a try since I really wanted a mount that was close to the wall. I have a 58' Samsung and used Geek Squad for the install. This mount is perfect for my space, super close to the wall and was a very quick install. I highly recommend the team from Geek Squad they installed my T.V. in less than 45 minutes, were super professional and cleaned everything as they went. Overall VERY happy with this purchase.

Really easy to install with given instructions. It will require some tools in order to make the job go smoother. One thing I wish was included was a socket that fit the bolt that is needed to screw into the wall. Took me only 25 minutes to get it set up, and it sits really flush against the wall. Would buy again.

Very easy to install with a good drill Pull sting "snap" into place locks hard to get to work if there is no clearance underneath. I have it above a mantle and cant pull them straight down. Be nice if they had pulley/wheel so they could be pull forward too.

This is a good mount overall if you are in the market for a very slim mount. I am using it for a 55" TCL TV and should work for most bigger TVs as well. Mount is about 30 inches long and so I found it easier to center TV. There are somethings to keep in mind though: 1. Mount gives you about half an inch in the back and so routing or cable management is very tough. 2. It is hard to use a non-flat power cable since a regular power connector would not fit. I had to order a flat head power cable. You may choose to use a recessed receptacle. 3. Included screws for the mount are very flimsy and they will strip if you do NOT pre-drill. I used a 5/16 drill as recommended and still ended stripping two of the screws. Be very careful. I ended up buying hex type screws from Ace which worked very well. However, being a slim mount, any big headed screws would limit the slide of the TV on the mount. That's why they included flat-headed screws. 4. Suggest buying ultra-thin flexible HDMI cables. TV finally looks good and close to wall once done. For the price of this mount, it could have been better. I would say an inch of space being the TV would make things simpler.

Wanted to hand a new TV ( Samsung Frame) in my new house above the fireplace. Didn't want to shell out the $ for a new set, so looked into this mount instead. So happy I did. The set looks great so close to the wall and saved me a ton of $

The TV needed to be mounted on a wall that was visible from the side. You can't even see this wall mount it is so slim and sleek. Great product if you want a hidden wall mount. It doesn't swivel, it is a locked position but we didn't need the swivel option.

My contractor recommended this wall mount since he had it installed for one of his customers. It is very slim, and easy to install. We ended up using our own screws to attach it to the wall. The screws which came with the kit were too big. I wanted to attach the all mount to the wall posts, so I didn't use the plastic for the dry wall. I like the design, and I am planning to buy another one for my TV downstairs.

Easy to mount, feels secure. It is nice and flat so it doesn't lean away from the wall. Exactly what we were looking for.

For those that want an Ultra Slim Fit to the Wall, this is the best you'll find. Only .67 of an inch off the wall! If you just want a "Fixed Flat to the Wall TV" then this is a phenomenally well made unit. BONUS! it will slide from side to side a few inches each way beautifully for a perfect placement. The finished Fixed position truly is as close as you'll ever get. It doesn't tilt or angle of course but that's the beauty to it, it's not a unsightly hanging far-off-the-wall TV setup. Sanus makes some incredible tilt and angle units but those will come at a cost that you may not ever really use. This item is Extremely well made with excellent supply of bolts, screws, washers, spacers, solid non-twisting quality steel components and rock solid instructions. Follow their web videos for even more simplicity. Even if your TV is not entirely flat on the back, Sanus has provided most everything you would ever need to make this a SUPER SLIM to the wall unit fit. You will NOT FIND ONE SLIMMER if you value it as close to the Wall as possible. Again, it's only .67 of an inch thick! Amazing. Furthermore the bottom can be tilted out if needed with a simple pull of the lanyard on each side so you can run cables to your liking and get to Side ports with ease, The lanyards can easily be put back up out of the way if you want. Once installed the TV slides perfectly from side to side to get the exact placement you may want. NOTE 1: They have a "Height Finder" placement software on their website which will tell you EXACTLY where to drill the holes for your make and model TV. It's very close BUT you should definitely DOUBLE CHECK whether you agree with the drilling height for your needs. I wanted mine a few inches lower than the "Height Finder" suggested but it still worked out great. NOTE 2: If you're going into wood studs (recommended) I would STRONGLY advise that you use a Hammer Drill. The Lag bolts they include are robust and would take quite a bit of time to drive them in using a Socket wrench that they recommend. But MAN! do they hold well once in!! Getting it level is a dream. Why? Just drill and screw the wall mount bracket on one side to start. Then put your level along the top of the mount and bingo, find your level. Then mark where to start the other side lag bolt. Then do the other 2. It could NOT be easier. Value and Price: This item is made of great steel and the components are so plentiful for a variety of installations and TV types you should not have to run to the hardware store getting endless bolts, spacers, screws, etc. to make this system work as intended. This alone makes it worth the money as compared to the ones for around $50 that I had before which twisted easily and was a nightmare to get it right because of lack of components, lousy fit, and terrible directions. SANUS has got my business for any future items like this. Finally, a company that thought out every pain in the neck thing you would want to avoid with these types of installations. I'm very capable at these things and even I'm impressed and convinced that this company understands exactly how to build something that will last and, the customers that they serve. Don't hesitate on this if you want a Ultra Slim Fit to the Wall TV mount. Good luck.!

This tv wall mount was easy to install. And, it is easy enough to get good level on the mount. I've had other mounts where the tv was not level. Came with all the bolts and things needed which is a big plus. It fits close to the wall. This does not tilt which is what I wanted. The instructions were not as helpful as they could be, but it was not hard to figure how to install.

Very easy to follow instructions and useful template for wall mounting large TV. Pull cords are a little too long for 65" TV and it is necessary to take up all of the slack to hide them behind TV. Getting the bottom latch to engage can also be a bit tricky.

affordable and easy to set up. holds my 65 samsung no problem, leaves space for cables to run but isn't hanging way off the wall and has a tilt out feature where the bottom kicks out for easy access and quick mounting/dismounting. if you don't do it all the time it might get confusing putting the bracket on your tv but Google got me on the right track and just a little guess and check before it was ready to rock.
