Got a tv mount and didn't want cables/wires running down the wall. This works great if the tv mount is in the same stud bay as the power. You can install it in an adjacent bay as well. You'll just have more wire exposed at the floor level. Put a table in front of it and it's fine. The kit comes with the tools needed for the complete installation. I thought it was a little pricey but glad I went this route.

Everything was included to accomplish hiding my: power cables, HDMI cables and Soundbar cables (Optical and Power.) The fit is very good. I was initially unsure 'if' I could do this, even though I do a number of DIY projects. My wife even complimented me on the finished job (that's a BIG 'plus'.)

Very easy to install. The only road bump we had were the fire blocks in the frame of the house.

I was going to do the wiring on the wall where our new TV & soundbar were to be installed and had no accessible power supply. This kit allowed me to complete the installation, and no wires are visible, with the exception of the extension that provides the power at the lower part of the wall.

Keeps the wall nice and ease of use . Should have used this on last wall mount.

Pretty solid purchase for wall mpunting. Comes with the fishing tool and has an insert if you have a sound bar or system that requires another outlet at a different height than a normal outlet. I know I'll be usong the fishing tool for plenty of other things, so that makes this purchase worth it in my opinion. Wpuld definitely recommend

We ended up just passing the cable through through the wall instead of using this because it was a little bulky for my entertainment center. When we held it to the wall though to see what it would look like, it looked great! It just wasn't functional for what we were doing.

My second time using this product but needed this one because it has a soundbar option. Install was quick and easy and it came out clean! Easy to follow instructions if it’s your first time.

Makes hiding the wires for wall mounted TVs for a homeowner to install. There is some minor complexity if doing it yourself linging everything up and cutting out spots in the wall but its not difficult for the average person to install themselves.

This is a product for getting a clean professional looking install. It has good instructions and everything you need to cut your holes is in the box. I recommend connecting the included hole saw to an electric drill. It fits passes all the cables you should need. I run 4 HDMI, 1 Ethernet and 1 optical cable to the TV though the top port.

This kit is well thought out. I used it to install all the cabling in the wall and behind my TV & soundbar. This kit contains a hole saw you use with your drill. A hand saw to cut the drywall for the soundbar plug & grommet. A fish to pull the wire through the wall. I recommend you should use a stud sensor that also locates power in the wall before cutting in. I did not cut the lower hole for the supplied cable to plug into an existing receptacle. I opted to tie it directly into the backside of the receptacle. Made a nice clean install. No visible wires. The grommets do not need to be near the studs. so stud spacing is not critical. The have brackets that when you tighten the screws they spin out and tighten against the sheetrock. They will only work with single sheetrock thickness. Definitely plan out location based on your TV wall mount and sound bar connections before cutting in to avoid interferences

We got this kit to mount our TV over the fireplace. It is a great kit; and we don't see any wires now because they're hidden thanks to this kit.
