This one screws into the way so it doesn't come off the wall like the stick on ones. It can be painted but I didn't do that.

Went right out and bought this device, which was the perfect solution to keep those fur brats from further destruction.

I painted the cover to match the tv, lowered the tv mount and now its barely noticeable.

The first is installed in our den and this one in our guest bedroom. If you don't want to deal with running your cord connections inside your wall when mounting your TV this is the perfect solution.
