I recently installed this Sanus Premium Outdoor Full-Motion Mount in my outdoor entertainment area, and I am quite pleased with it. I installed it with a slightly older (heavier) 75” Vizio, but this mount is perfect for any outdoor TV ranging from 40 to 85 inches. Weight capacity of this rig is 125 pounds so your possibilities are fairly open even with an older heavier TV like mine. First and foremost, most notable thing and my favorite part about this Sanus Premium Outdoor Full-Motion Mount is its exceptional build quality. Very sturdy, designed to withstand the elements, and constructed with weather-resistant materials. This all ensures durability and longevity even in harsh outdoor weather conditions. Heavy-duty reenforced steel construction offers a sturdy and reliable foundation. Installation was quick, simple, and straightforward, thanks to clear instructions and its intuitive design. The mount came with the necessary lag bolts and anchors for mounting, allowing me to avoid trips to the hardware store for extras parts. I love the full-motion functionality of the mount so I can easily and quickly adjust its angle depending on what I’m doing outside. The quick change of positioning with its ability to tilt, swivel, and extend, allows me to move between the patio table, the pool, or the yard easily without missing one second of the game (or whatever we’re watching). Has a nice built-in cable management system which is clever but not as much use to me since I only need to plug my TV in and then everything is streaming to it over wifi. But good to note that is does include built-in cable channels that keep all the cables neatly organized and protected. Overall, I’ve been very happy with this mount. Would definitely purchase again if I’m ever back in the market and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living environment with a television.

THE BREAKDOWN: This Sanus outdoor full motion TV mount for 40”- 85”is built to last. This mount feels well made and had the heft to prove it. It has very easy to follow instructions. It does have a corrosion-resistant coating and stainless-steel hardware to withstand the outdoor weather. This mount will hold 120 pounds and will extend 25” from the wall. The mount will tilt and swivel so you can watch in almost any angle. It also has vertical axis Fingertip tilt technology to help reduce glare and improve the viewing angle. It has motion lock knobs to hold the TV in the desired position. You can also purchase a lock and lock your TV for added security. PRO’s: - Easy to install - Built like a tank - Corrosion-resistant coating with stainless-steel hardware - 25 inches of extension - Vertical Axis Fingertip tilt technology CON’s: - None SUMMARY: Overall, this product worked as intended, and I would recommend this to a friend if they were in the market for a product like this.

Sanus has made premium TV mounts for a number of years (I've used a number of them over the past 6+ years for different TVs/locations/purposes) - this mount brings all that same goodness to the outdoors where more and more people are putting TVs. It's listed as weatherproof - mostly here that means it's rust-resistent with a special coating that seems like a powder coating and stainless-steel hardware. Installation is fairly easy with the usual Sanus ease - it comes with a template that you tape to your wall once you locate the studs you're going into (this can be a LOT harder through an outside wall than an inside wall, so be prepared - in my case, I was attaching it to the outside of a garage and the studs are exposed on the INSIDE of the garage so it was easier to find them). You then drill through the template and you have an aligned (and leveled, since you leveled the template, right?) mount. Seperately, you screw the brackets on the back of the TV - VESA mounting from 100x100 through 600x400 - then lift and mount the TV. Most of the materials show an indoor TV (nice and thin) but I'm using it with a true outdoor TV - a Furrion 43" - that's much heavier/thicker with the outdoor "armor". This can support up to 120lbs which is enough even for larger outdoor TVs though of course I did need a second person to help me lift and position the TV, but this mount holds it well! Even with all that ease of install and durability, the mount is both slim when entirely folded AND very easy to extend and move. You can also securely lock the TV into position once you put it in place (I do always keep mine folded against the garage when not in use to protect it, but you don't necessarily have to). And there's a convenient place to put a lock on the mount to make sure it all stays securely where you put it. Now, all that said, this certainly isn't the cheapest mount. But if you're making an investment in an expensive outdoor TV (or even a cheaper non-armored one), do you want to enjoy it instead of spending more time mounting it just to be constantly adjusting/fixing it...and then replacing the cheaper mount when it rusts away? This is a "do it once, do it right" sort of product and you'll be glad that you did!

Bracket Hass to be removed. If you want to change HDMI cable from the entry door the bracket goes over the entry door poor poor poor design.

This is a heavy duty and well made mount from Sanus which I found to be very convenient to use with our outdoor Samsung TV. We decided to go with this Premium Outdoor full motion mount because it is weatherproof with corrosion-resistant coating and stainless-steel hardware. After its installation, I can get the perfect view with 25 inches of extension for easy cable access and flexible viewing options. It also easily tilts and swivels my TV for a great picture, and it does not take any effort to adjust the angle of the TV. I really like how durable the Sanus mount is and our 75" Samsung TV is securely hanging gives me a peace of mind. Thanks to its slim profile, this mount blends seamlessly into our outside décor, placing our TV just 2.74 inches from the wall for a sleek and stylish look. Here are a few things to keep in mind: 1. You may need to have a friend help you with the installation. It is a heavy duty mount. 2. Make sure you follow the instructions and use the necessary hardware to securely and safely install this mount. 3. Maximum TV weight this mount supports is 120lbs.

This mount should not have been sold to me based on the Sunbrite TV I purchased from you when I bought the TV. I had the Geek team install it then it came off my house. Then it was installed and the installer said I should have been sold a more heavier duty mount.

You can angle this sucker upwards, downwards, to the left ..to the left or sliiide it to the right haha. Wherever you wanna sit or stand this stand has you covered!. Out of the box everything was nice and organized. The directions were extremely easy to follow going step by step and following the diagrams and illustrations made it pretty much impossible to mess this up.You can tell by the feel and thickness this is a very sturdy stand. Not one of those cheaper thin pressed tin types. It offers a ten year parts warranty from the manufacturer so sounds like a brand that stands behind their name. It offers a little more than two feet of extension outward and if you want it closer to the wall the slim design of the kit and how it adjusts, it allows you get it closer than only three inches from the wall. Also instead of painting the stand I think what they did is powder coat it which makes it a lot more durable when it comes to weather and being outside in the elements if you decide to use it outdoors. To be honest it looks so nice I'd use it indoors or outdoors. It holds up to or is rated by the manufacturer to hold 120 pounds and can hold a forty to an eighty-five inch television So far so good and would definitely recommend to others!

This mount is a heavy duty mount. .. At First I thought I would be able to install this easily but it needs to be mounted in a stud or as it says outdoors…One of the things that I noticed was all all of the tools were included that you need to mount the television on. The swivel is nice because you can mount the television on it and it swivels when you have company over and you want to share your screen. The swivel isn’t hard t use and with this being a heavy dusty monument you would be afraid to keep moving it but it is not only heavy duty it is smooth to move back and forth. I have a 55 inch tv that I mounted and it fit quite nicely on it….I have to say it was quite easy to install although you may need help when installing it because it is quite heavy. The instructions are straight forward and easy to understand which make for a smooth step by step installation… I would highly recommend this mount as it is sturdy and durable. Just do not try to mount it into drywall, go for the outdoors or the studs..
