I didn't know anything about the craftmanship of the product and I wasn't familiar with the brand. Once I got it home and my husband mounted it on the wall it was more than I expected. The wall mount were very sturdy, had extra screws, direction were easy to follow, mounts didn't appear to be cheap looking. My family and friends just Love it. I can truly say that I AM a Satisfied Customer.

Purchased the mount for my 65" Vizio TV and it works perfectly for the setup. The installation instructions are spot on and easy to follow. The online resources for installation were a great added benefit. The online placement guide was very helpful with the installation and placement of the mount on the actual wall. The template worked exactly as intended.

Surprisingly Easy to Use/Install

And this was also the first time I was hanging such a large tv. Instructions were super easy to follow, plus they have links to videos if further help is needed. All parts feel solid and I went from worrying about hanging my tv to having confidence in it being hung by such a high quality product.

A terrific Televison mount
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This mount has wonderful features as it allows you to pull the television out toward you or just tilt it down or up to gain a better viewing angle. The tilt down feature is great especially if you have mounted this televison higher up on a wall. The unit also collapses well on itself to minimize how far it has to sit off the wall. Also a great feature to allow you to get your hand behind it to connect cables.

Excellent mount
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This just says it is a tilt mount but after it was installed I noticed I can do a full range of movements with it; side to side, pull out/push in, good tilt. Given the full motion mounts are more expensive I would recommend getting this instead as it mimics full motion function. Mount seems very solid and sturdy. I really think I made the right call with this one.
