Best Buy came out to install but refused to do it. The directions said not to mount in the mortar and that was the only way they would. So we drilled it ourselves, through the rock above the fireplace. Had our neighbor help husband to pick it up as I wasn't strong enough. That was why we were having BB come out. The product was great but Best Buy wasn't.

Absolutely no concerns about this falling off the wall. Very sturdy. And the TV stays in place no matter which able I want to turn it.

Nice product, heavy duty and lots of adjustability. Unless you miss the studs in the wall you won’t have any problems with this product. If you don’t know what studs all call a contractor, it will be cheaper than a replacement tv when you Tim the Toolman the installation.

Good mount, simple to install. Had to use my own screws and anchors for some of the mounting areas due to the complexity of my wall area. All in all I would recommend this mount. It does seem a bit wobbly, but it holds the TV (55 lbs.) steadily and easily moves in and out for wire access.

This is the perfect mount for the job. It articulates as needed and is close to the wall. The mounting seemed like a simple task, but was made a little more difficult because of the metal studs used to make the house walls. The instillation is good and functions as anticipated.

I bought the Sanus brand for my Sons speakers and loved how easy those were to hang I thought I'd give Sanus a try for my TVs. They were easy to install, thorough with instructions and versatile for hanging. Excellent brand of company. I bought two for the basement and bedroom. One is holding a 55" and the other is holding a 65"

Reasonably priced, easy to install, and it looks great on the wall!

I bought 2 of these and they are well thought out and the build quality is great. On-line app to tell you where to drill holes for the mount on the wall or you can call them for help if you are unsure. Nicest mounts I have ever used. I installed 2 65" TV's with these mounts.

Nice mount especially for the price. Paid just under $70 on sale. Swivels and tilts just the right amount to adjust as needed. Also comes out from the wall a bit farther than I first expected it to so if you need to do any adjustments behind the tv you have some room to do that.

The template worked perfectly. The pictures show straps than appear to hang down- they don’t. The package had all the bolts I needed.

Geek Squad was great! Arrived on time. Installed the TV very efficiently. Was knowledgeable of operation and set the TV up perfectly.

This thing came out of the box easy to set up. There are a ton of different screws to match a large variety of TV brands. Came with a paper template to make alignment easy. Adjustment is easy and accurate and it even has fine adjustment screws to make sure the tv is perfectly level. Perfect quality product. No complaints.

My brother installed this wall mount for me. He found the directions clear and thought it was fairly easy to install. There are also some great youtube videos that can walk you through the installation process. I thought it was a tad pricey, but I supposed that's the going rate for a reliable wall mount.

This product does the job, nothing exactly special about it though it works as intended. Wish it had more flexibility though.
