Sanus Fixed TV Wall Mount

I originally purchased a tilt model by Sanus and realized that a fixed one would work fine for its location on the wall. The Sanus Fixed TV Wall Mount for Most 65 inch to 95 inch Flat Panel TVs in black is the one that was installed to replace one that was used in mounting a 60 inch tv. The old one needed to be wider. Have only had this new one for 8 days and so far it is holding the new tv of 70 inches just fine. It hasn't fallen off the mount. The installation was pretty direct. The Geek Squad was able to locate the same studs only higher to use in the installation . It looks great.

Easy to install, adjust and use. 65” TV fits perfect. Just follow instructions choose the right set of screw and washers as well as plastic spacers, all is included in the box.

Easy to see the difference in quality from cheap mounts for the same size TV. We have an older Samsung LED that is much heavier than the newer models. This works great!

This mount is designed to allow for a bit of lateral slide to the left or right, which is great because I was still moving furniture around during installation and was eventually able to slide the TV a couple of inches on the mount to center the TV within the new layout of the room.

It only took about an hour and I half to get everything set up. The frame is strong and tough and well worth the price

I used it to set up a 65 inch tv for my parents. The instruction booklet that came inside is also easy to follow and nice and detailed. Be sure to read it carefully and pay attention to the specifications—I ended up having to get longer lag bolts from my hardware store because my dry-wall is unusually thick. I was glad the instruction booklet specified that the included lag bolts were only good for standard 0.5 inch dry-wall

Slim wall mount

I put the smallest spacers on it and can barely get my hand behind it for the release latches and had to recess the plug. This could be altered with large spacers, but it you want something essentially right on the wall, this is it. All I have purchased for 20 years has been Sanus wall mounts and I have never had a problem with them. The hardware, manual, and tools that come with their kits have always made it super simple. All you need is a drill and a ratchet/wrench. I would recommend this or any other mount Sanus makes to anyone. I have probably had one of every flavor they make.
