It comes with a template, spacers and mounting hardware which makes it very easy to install. The mount installs close to the wall so you need to hook up your cables before putting it up; otherwise it can be done but it will be difficult. Sanus also makes an adjustable tilt version if needed.

Our tv is an 86inch which is huge but this tv mount did it for us. Easy to install and fit so well on our wall. I was a little scared because of the price but it turned out very well.
