Very easy to install but it lacks in the amount of hardware supplied to attach the arms to the TV.

Well designed and built, from the template to the screws. Instruction manual was easy to read and follow.

Simple installation, instructions easy to follow. I like the detaching feature of the two pull cords.

Was easy to put up. Really like the clean look, not a bunch of angle iron. Bolts are concealed.

Easy to install. Tv can be tilted and have the ability to slide left or right for better centering.

I had no trouble putting this up. It is STURDY. I think i could hang a buick off my wall with the lag bolts they provide. Which was the only problem I encountered: the bolts are so long that drilling deep enough pilots was impossible. So I drilled as deep as i could and just risked splitting my studs, but I didn't. After that the rest was a cake walk. Have 3 people to hang the tv though. Two to hold and one to plug wires into it.

Very solid mounting, straight-forward installation. Easy to remove tv from base ,if necessary.

Very east to install and great design to hide the mounting bolts. It is hard to reach behind the tv to reach the locking knobs for the tilt feature. Other than that good mount.

Very simple online purchase became a problem but BEST BUY worked hard to resolve it, refunding previous purchase, selecting new, and arranged for pickup and deliver within a few days. Got slightly smaller but better TV's at a better price. TV's that had been ordered and delivered but unopened were picked up at the same time the new were delivered according to plan. Great Service for which I am very appreciative.

this mount def gets the job done, easy install, tilt works, it hasn't fell off...

Easy to install, the only down fall is that it should say if special tools required on the box. Usually TV mounts use a screw this one came with a lag bolt that needed a socket to drive the screw in. I like the lag bolt more then screws; it's a stronger way of mounting it to the walk to hold a big tv.
