I did use two of these to get all of my devices (DirecTV Genie, Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick) behind the TV, which my wife really appreciates.

Won’t fall out, but the side slots it goes in was “meh”. I like only needing a shorter hdmi wire with this (save $), and the Velcro was ok. I’d say, it does the job, but won’t blow ya away. It’s fine.
