    I have been waiting for this item for 2 month, no one from Best Buy could provide me any update, I decided to cancel it and order it from Amazon, I order it on 4/14/2025 and I received it on 4/16/2025.

    Product arrived busted up. I still have not received my installation. It was scheduled for today. Without notice the day before, Best Buy canceled it. I’ve waited 3 weeks and still nothing.

    Bad service never installed the TV or mount. Initially they sold me the wrong mount. Rescheduled the install 3 times and didn't show up bad customer service
