    Worst Experience From Bestbuy Ever!

    Purchased my TCL 98' QM7 TV and mount, while i was out of the Country on black friday. When the TV was delivered, the delivery guy said that they only deliver and do not install. That the installers might be right behind them. So i called customer service. The 1st person had no clue what was going on. The 2nd lady was a lot of help. She told me their system did not register my free installation when i purchased it online. She said she could fix it but since it was the same day she could not. So she escalted me. The next person told me they couldn't help me. So i am stuck with a 98" TV in my living room. I went to the closest store and talked to the Geek Squad MGR. He said he would be able to fix it, if it was bought in store. He said to wait 1 business day and call so they couldn't fix it. Now i have called 3 more times. 2 of the 3 said they would have a MGR call mw back and never did. Bestbuy would rather have me return the TV than just give me the free installation should have came with my. This is the worst experience i have ever had.

    Don't buy, from Best Buy!!!!!!!

    After rescheduling the delivery 7 times, the delivery men showed me that there was no work order, to install it, on my wall! They dropped, and Broke the first TV, then they charged me $100 cash, out of my pocket, to install it! Even though I'd paid Best Buy...I complained, but received no call back from Best Buy!! I was also ripped off, by not receiving the wire concealment... Again it's not on the work order!! Jessica from corporate, called me because my order was broken, said she'd remove the charge after, I was asked to cancell, and reorder! ...I finally received my 98 inch TCL mini LED but, I'm never recommending Best Buy after this experience! Horrible delivery partners, 5 days of work missed, waiting & no delivery!!

    There wasn't a problem with the product.My problem was with the staff. I were on a time limit and really needed to get the product and leave. I promise their was only one associate in the entire store. He was so slow had me waiting inside the store over a hour to purchase this product. Customer service guy wasn't friendly at all. Had a very nasty attitude. Finally I just walked the store until I found someone to help me. This is very unacceptable and customer's should be treated alot better.

    TV Mount for large TV’s

    Not a good mount to use for large size tv’s. For larger tv’s (e.g. 98 inch) we select a mount the one can move tv away from the wall for easy access to component plug-ins.

    Wish. That my review could b better but I have all kinds of problems with my t. V. Hook up date was changed to September 2 and surround bar was the wrong so i had to go back to the store 3 time now i will a 100in tv in my hallway for a month

    Mount works great, but it wasn't completely straight across. We had to mess with it for a while to get it perfectly level. Otherwise, it works fine. Will hold large TVs, as ours is a 98-inch. This was my first time using Best Buy's order online and pickup in the parking lot. Smooth, seamless, and quick, even during Christmas.

    This is a well built, well thought out tv wall mount that expands to allow it to span over two wall studs for a very secure mount. When mounted the tv is reasonably close to the wall with more than enough adjustable tilt for my 75'' tv high on a 10' wall.
