Easy and fast

Punch outs for the electrical box can cause a crack if you apply too much pressure.

I was given a date and time window the day before it was scheduled. I waited all day and they never showed up. I called Best Buy multiple times and after finally being able to speak to someone and not a computer, they were no help. They assured me someone would be there, they were just running late. Well at 10pm there was still no one here. I was told to contact the company doing the actual job and they said they couldn’t reach the person who was scheduled to do it and I would have to reschedule for 2 weeks later! When they finally made it to my house, the guy said he couldn’t do it with the equipment that Best Buy gave them, and I had to return it. I went to the store and was assured I would get my money back. It’s been 2 weeks and I still only was given a partial refund. I will never deal with Best Buy again. They do not stand by their word. And their customer service team who is in another country, is terrible. They gave no help at all. I really thought Best Buy was more reputable than this. I am frustrated and disappointed.

Waiting all day for an installer who never arrives, being rescheduled weeks out, and then being told the job can’t be completed is understandably upsetting. We regret that this situation reflected so poorly on your purchase.
Installation scheduling, installer preparedness, and refund processing are all handled directly by Best Buy and their installation partners, so unfortunately SANUS does not have visibility into those processes or the ability to correct partial refunds. That said, we truly empathize with how much time and effort this has cost you, and we appreciate you sharing the details of what happened.
