  • Worst service I’ve ever had

    Best Buy set up home installation for this item for my Frame tv that I purchased. I was given a date and time window the day before it was scheduled. I waited all day and they never showed up. I called Best Buy multiple times and after finally being able to speak to someone and not a computer, they were no help. They assured me someone would be there, they were just running late. Well at 10pm there was still no one here. I was told to contact the company doing the actual job and they said they couldn’t reach the person who was scheduled to do it and I would have to reschedule for 2 weeks later! When they finally made it to my house, the guy said he couldn’t do it with the equipment that Best Buy gave them, and I had to return it. I went to the store and was assured I would get my money back. It’s been 2 weeks and I still only was given a partial refund. I will never deal with Best Buy again. They do not stand by their word. And their customer service team who is in another country, is terrible. They gave no help at all. I really thought Best Buy was more reputable than this. I am frustrated and disappointed.

    I really hate the fact that you have to buy a separate extension for the bottom plug adapter with this product so overall the product is $140. It does the job in hiding the wires but I wish it wasn’t so costly all together…

    I wanted this to work for an install at my Mother-in-Law’s house. She purchased a Samsung Frame TV and this was the best solution I could find that would accommodate the control box required for the Frame TV. In wall conduit to an external, or cabinet, location was not an option. This worked beautifully.

    Was perfect for what we needed to creat power above fireplace to mount our Frame TV. Because it required supply line to be routed through wall, I hired an electrician and then patched and painted the wall myself.
