The opening for the junction box was too large for the recommended box and receptacle. The tiny Velcro straps provided are useless. I didn’t use the mounting box since it was easier to attach larger 2-sided Velcro strips. The frame provided makes the TV (The Frame) sit proud of the wall slightly so I removed it.

They arrive and say they can't install without box to avoid voiding the mfg warranty. So they tell us to buy this box and have it installed and call them back. After trying for a month to get an electrician out I gave up and put the tv on the stand rather than wall. Now Best Buy refuses return of the Sanus wall box I can't use. A waste of $$$$$$$$. Last time I use Best Buy for any purchases.
