The speakers use a key-hole mount, but these brackets wont work with my speakers, as they are intended to use on speakers with a threaded mount

The problem is the screws they sent with the mounts are useless with the Samsung SWA-9200s. Most of the screws are way too short. Had to go to a Hardware store and purchase longer ones for it too work.

Customer Service Gets Worse as Best Buy Goes Undet

LIE! People with disabilities who are seriously ill and have very limited mobility should not shop at Best Buy!
