The only downside was the cord wasn't very long, so it limited how far you could be from the phone we were using to record video. The nice part of it was its ability to help reduce ambient noise and increased the quality of the audio in the recording.

I ordered online, for in-store pick up. It was simple enough ordering online. But the people at the counter were not cordial and not helpful at all.
