Second, I hoped to be able to attach it to the phone somehow, but of course the fixture isn't designed for that.

High pitched buzzing feedback on a6400.

Camera’s built-in mic sound better. Pretty annoying since it sounded good the first time but now it’s just a waste.

Two separate cables supplied. Would not work with my camera, but just a plain mic worked. It worked with my computer, but the audio quality was poor.

Not sure why...this made NO improvement at all in sound for me. I know it was indeed picking up sound, due to soundwaves showing up in my recording app. But there was no audible difference on playback at all - of ANY type. I returned it.
