    I think I received a defected item. We use it once a week to live stream our Sunday service and were still figuring out how the device works. We did a few tests beforehand and all worked great but one transmitter us now clearly not working properly. Was planning to return it but read that best buy only has a 15day return policy. Was pretty upset about that. Now I'm stuck with a device that I paid so much and can't return it. No wonder people go to amazon. At least you get return it within 30days....

    My review is simple. I have used wireless lav mics for years. These mics didn’t work and they were flimsy. I promptly returned!

    Just tried using the second transmitter and it does not work. We get no sound out of it. Seeing BestBuy return policy is 14 days we are out of an instore return. I will now have to call Saramonic. Until they can sort this out and send us a transmitter that actually works the single start review is what they get. Ill update once there has been resolution.

    Probably the worst mic system I have used. First of all, they don't give you a legit mount for the receiver for a DSLR, if you were to drop these things they are so cheaply made im afraid they might disintegrate. SECOND! They drop audio like bare hands carrying a hot dish straight out of the oven. DONT DO IT I repeat HUGE waste of money and Time

    Did not work out of the box. A total dud product. I tried multiple products with this thing, watched the videos, and cannot get in touch with the company at all.
