    I ordered this online for an in store pickup. Once I got it home the hub usb-c and standard connections worked perfectly but the hdmi connection did not. I immediately reached out to satechi support to report the issue. I sent photos and a video and they sent a replacement hub. That didn’t work either. Unfortunately since I had received the replacement after Best Buy’s 15 day return window, the could not return to to receive a refund. Nor could satechi refund me. This product does not work with MacBook Air M2 laptop. I have purchase several items from bestbuy and have benefited from all of them except this. I do not appreciate not being able to return this for a refund as it doesn’t work.

    I was excited to use this. Had been searching for something that was light and portable to be able to connect different devices at the same time. It does the job but the ports are super tight. It's difficult to connect a USB and don't get me started with disconnecting them. I have to literally detach the hub to disconnect the USB because I'm afraid of damaging the USB C ports in the MacBook.
