Someone finally made a dongle with a. detachable cable so when the cable get messed up you can replace it and it does work with other cables. It allows you to have HDMI was 4k output it is fantastic and the additional USB-C means you can still use USB-C devices. Works great on my M1 MacBook Pro

I saw this guy in Popular Mechanics as one of the highest rated hubs on the market. It doesn't disappoint. I had an emerging need for one to connect my old monitor to my new laptop with USB-C inputs. Works great. Just pay attention to the available ports as there are a few different models available for different needs.

Currently waiting on a response from the Satechi team on why there's no 4k60 but its a bit disappointing to spend this much on a device and have no 4k 60. Besides the refresh rate, Excellent product, great form factor and Temps been very LOW. I dropped anker hubs due to warmer temps on idle usages. Their team mention its normal for temps to be warmer then usual when plugged in. I also got the same response from Satechi tech support on the matter. if it runs warm for you, should be fine still.

Purchased this when I had my MacBook Pro M1 13” since it only had 2 ports. Great for adding additional ports or using the hdmi usb A feature too. Excellent quality and compliments Apple aesthetics

Wonderful utility, my wife uses several ports throughout her day as a Teacher, would absolutely recommend for those who need to adapt to multiple source inputs.

Got this for collge. I have a lenovo yoga that doesnt have any HDMI ports and only 1 USB port. Got it to add a couple more ports and to use when doing presentations

After a while of using an j5 adaptor for years I made the switch at the advice from my neighborhood best buy professionals. I haven't been disappointed.

This little item is thoughtfully designed and works well with my Lenova Yoga 7I, which comes with only USB A and a USB C ports (one of each).

The only port not included is VGA which I have very little need for any more.

Great multiport adapter. Was one of the few with more than one usb-c on it. I like it has a removable cord for plugging in.

This is a great addition to my laptop, even comes with 2 USBC cables, the short one has built in storage so you always have a cable with you.
