The installation was good. But when I bought the stereo it goes to nobody told me I had to buy a module to activate the satellite radio function so I had to pay an additional installation fee

Once we got past the initial scheduling problem, everything was fine. From this experience, I can advise anyone wanting something installed, to check with the crew in the automobile install center. Don't just rely on the computer system to get it scheduled. I scheduled my appointment when I purchased the tuner, but it didn't get entered on the system in the shop. Consequently, when I showed up to get it installed, I had to reschedule, because they had no record, and were booked up, until the following week.

Tuner wa inexpensive and works great. Worth all the money

Love this Satellite Radio Tuner! What a great looking tuner. Most of all I really love how simplistic it’s to use! The sale price at Best Buy made it even better. Researched it completely before buying. You cannot go wrong buying it. The volume control knob is a fantastic feature. Lots of new school with a touch of old school! Do yourself a favor and get it!!!

Best Buy employee was courteous and quick in making installation. He also immediately accommodated troubleshooting at my previous system to determine if it could be repaired or needed replacement - unfortunately, it was the latter. The original cost estimate also continued to climb once work began, but the total cost was still reasonable for the installation. Not a reflection of the service, but the sirius unit installed no longer comes with a remote, an item that is crucial when driving and listening.

I purchased a new head unit and decided to add SiriusXm.The actual unit is attached behind the stereo so that is out of sight.The antenna was placed on the roof and I see no wires or any notice of the work.The reception is great ,have it for a month and never a drop out in signal.The wire from the antenna is feed back through the third tail light and is very neatly done.

Professional and efficient, pre- and post-install consultation with all the time I needed, also demonstrated use of my new stereo, definitely will be a return customer to my Poughkeepsie install center :)

Overall, it was a great experience. A quality product at a reasonable price, and the install was done quicker than expected.

The Best Buy car stereo install dept. is the best. In this case, I needed to get my Sirius receiver, antenna, etc installed - and these guys have already done this service for me in a couple of my old cars - and theres no where else I will go to get this done. They do a great job, they dont try to charge you for stuff you dont really need, and, they will save you a couple dollars too if they can. Price matching, etc. Thank you!!!

The man that did my installation was knowledgeable about the product, told me that it would take 2 hrs to do he was calling me in no more than an hour telling me he was done. Then he took the time to show me how my radio worked. Then I wasn't sure if I wanted xm radio he squeezed me back in after I left to install it after all. Very good at what he does

Installer did a great job installing my Sirius XM radio and antenna. Explained how he was going to install the radio to make sure I was going to be happy with it instead of just assuming I would like it. He did a very neat and clean installation. Dressed out the cables so they were neat and out of sight.

The technician did an excellent job of installing my SiriusXM antenna. There are no wires showing and all my interior trim looks like it was never taken apart. The antenna works like a charm. Geek Squad did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad for installation of your SiriusXM antenna.

The technician was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The process to order the components for the install was less than satisfactory as was the scheduling process. The website and phone are pretty much useless for scheduling and contacting the store. Website was very useful in comparison of different systems.

The squad technician was very helpful, informative & professional. I’ll definitely be requesting him again for the next installation.

The installers in Warwick, RI are the consumate professionals they trully set the bar for all others. Fast and courteous and always checking for updates in install techniques. I have been to the competition and I will never go anywhere else again. I had them install 4 Alpine INE-W960HDMI satellite navigation radios in 4 different vehicles in the past year and they did perfect work.

Tired of hearing commercials on the radio? SiriusXM is the answer. Works out to be about $15/mo for hundreds of channels to satisfy your current mood for music. Install was seamless and fairly speedy. Along with new Pioneer NEX 2330 and backup camera, and this SiriusXM receiver with steering wheel controls, car was back at home in 48 hours. Great install bay at Buford Best Buy!

Great product choice. Was not told radio does not fit in dash for my vehicle and would be a floating mount. Radio required additional kits to be connected.

I had a great experience getting my new car audio installed by Geek Squad. My installer met with me when I was buying the unit he was going to install, and made sure that I had everything I needed. He completed the install faster than scheduled, and then spent quite a bit of time giving me an introduction to the new system and how it worked.

I don't know all the magic it takes to install a car stereo and XM, but Wally was great. I came in a few days earlier and picked out the radio I wanted. It was such good timing because it came with free installation if I bought it from Best Buy. I think I saved a lot of money. It may have taken longer the day I ordered and paid for it all, than the day I had it installed.
