I love this tuner because it pops up right away on the screen you don’t have to download an app off your phone it automatically comes up SiriusXM and I can program the stations right on my satellite radio excellent feature I love it

I don't know all the magic it takes to install a car stereo and XM, but Wally was great. I came in a few days earlier and picked out the radio I wanted. It was such good timing because it came with free installation if I bought it from Best Buy. I think I saved a lot of money. It may have taken longer the day I ordered and paid for it all, than the day I had it installed.

The original radio began to have issues with reception. It was very frustrating to drive to a certain point in the road and have it regularly stop receiving reception. Took the car down and had the radio antenna replaced. Now I have unbroken reception and I don't want to yell at the guy in front of me out of frustration from the radio. I can listen to my favorite shows without a break right at the height of the report.

Had a new Sony AM/FM/CD radio installed. Also had the satellite hookup for XM done at the same time. The cost of the equipment was very reasonable but Best Buy was also giving a special on the satellite installation because it was purchased at the same time as the radio. The installation was done in a timely manner and there was no mess or fuss. Things worked perfectly.

The Auto Installation Tech provided an effortless customer experience. The tech was very professional, installed my new head unit, satellite tuner, cameras and maestro steering wheel adapter quickly, thoroughly interrogating, all Head Unit and existing vehicle manufacture features quickly in a single visit. Would definitely recommend.

I do most of my own installation on electronics (e.g. stereos, speakers) but was in a rush to get the satellite radio installed in my truck so I brought it to BB. It took a little over an hour and I couldn't be more pleased with my Kenwood head unit with XM radio! And best of all, it didn't cost an arm and a leg to have it installed!

I'm beyond satisfied with the work Rob did. He was waiting for me at 10am and had my install complete when he said he would. Before starting he asked if I had special requests regarding the install and upon my return he walked me through my new equipment. He ensured I was satisfied. As long as Rob is at the Southfield location that's where all my car audio installations will transpire.

The geek squad crew is the absolute best! Super impressed and happy with their Services when installing my radio in my Jeep. I won’t go to anyone else, but the geek squad!

The guys installed speakers bought at Best Buy, but I did not have the receipt and I did not buy them. They were a cash gift given to me by my grandchildren with their yard money. I had to pay a premium because I had no receipt for the JBL speakers.

Purchased Pioneer Auto unit. Installed by Geek squad perfectly! Replaced auto 9 months later....removed from previous car and installed in new Jeep...Perfectly. I drive 10 extra miles and 20 more minutes from closest Best Buy from my house to Montrose OH location as they are the BEST! Twenty-five year customer!

Best Buy has always done a great job installing car audio equipment. Great quality work and professional looking results. They also back there work and will remove items installed by them for free as long as you keep the receipts. Good friendly service in my experiences.

The technician installed the tuner in my vehicle cleanly. I don't want to say it was a fast install because to my idea of fast differs from person to person. Besides, this was not the only product he installed on my vehicle. I am happy with the installation and everything is neatly hidden within the dashboard.

I love it I am a big fan of Elvis and like being able to listen to him + Big fan of Frank Sentara as well as a music.

The combination of my radio being adaptable to a Sirius adapter, excellent sale price and Best Buy installation service has given me Sirius XM radio with over 140 channels to choose from as I listen to uninterupted music/entertainment on the truck radio. Best Buy's ability to make a totally satisfied customer has come through again.

Jeff, in the Snellville, GA store installed the new Kentwood 7705S head unit, along with a backup camera and Sirius XM receiver in my 2007 Volvo V70 station wagon. He is a true artist, you would never know he worked on the car and all new equipment works great. This audio upgrade makes this great older car feel like new!

The agents connected all my devices and set the satellite stations for us. She was very courteous and professional.
