Tom did a great job of installing my JVC - 6.8" - Android Auto In-Dash CD/DVD/DM Receiver. He took the time to orient me with the system, update the firmware and make sure my phone synced. It was a great overall experience.

I chose Best buy to install my new radio because if I ever have a problem there are plenty of Best buys to go to. They did a very professional job and would highly recommend to install any radios in any vehicles.

Mike did my install very professional and clean I had a problem with the position of the Serius XM antenna cutting in and out. Mike reinstalled it on the roof and hid all the wires, great job now it works fine

Professional , punctual , experienced install as well as results. Finished work was a crowd pleaser for a classic sport European car. The difference was night and day x10!

I pulled out of the installation sercice department and witin 15 minutes my newly installed car stereo lost power. I made an appointment and returned a few days later to have the issue resolved only to have the power go out again within 1 week. I made another appointment to have the issue resolved.

The Squad had my new satellite radio turner and new radio installed quickly. The tuner was hooked up to an existing satellite XM radio antenna so I can still enjoy the XM satellite subscription.

Sirius radio did not work. Got a blast of sound for a second, realized antenna was not working. Went back to the store, pulled up to the service bay door, got Sirius radio reception. Backed up one car length--no reception. They installed a new antenna to correct the problem.

Has backup camera installed. Guy was courteous friendly and professional. Will recommend.
