Shortly after installation, the radio sound began to crack. Took it back and within 45 minutes a different antennae was installed and it works perfectly. The Geek Squad employse, Ryan, did an outstanding job.

This was the best experience I have had with a radio installation. I would highly recommend Geek Squad at this store for auto radio installation. Extremely clean installation and the tech explained everything.

My installer did a great job. He not only assisted in my decision on purchasing the radio, he also explained me how to use everything. Appointment time and time of completion were both very accurate with no overage charges.

Ed did the installation in about 45 minutes and the setting up the blue tooth and radio stations too. He also installed the Sirius xm unit too. Great for those cross country drives!

I already subscribe to SXM radio. I had to buy this add on. My XM acct was linked to my factory truck stereo. It's nice I'm won't have to pay for 3 months.

If you buy a satellite ready radio this price of equipment is a necessity.

My wife was disappointed in the factory radio that came with her Crossfire. After getting Best Buy to review our needs, their install tech put together a package that makes the old system sound like a Tim can!
