John had installed my radio months ago and I needed an Sirius XM antenna .. So I purchase one and went online to schedule installation. I get friendly service at Best Buy. I will shop again there.

The installers did a good job for the most part, but we had to revisit when the AM portion of the radio didn't work. It wasn't really their fault because the install directions weren't clear. One hour later and it was perfect.

it got a little stressfull comfriming my time and date on the installation, once I got pass this, it went smooth, Chaz did a great job, went over the stereo operation, love it.

The installation tech did a great job. However, only one person is an expert on the media receivers. So there were a lot of interruptions during the installation.

I had them put a new stereo in and it needed the updated erosion of the newest sat radio so they installed it and it works amazing. Love it.

The install was great. They hide all wiring and I couldn't even tell where they ran the wiring for my satellite radio. After market radio looks like its factory installed.
