Bought siriusXM tuner with installation from Geek Squad. Geek Squad team member hooked the tuner up within an hour or so and I was on my way. Had no issues with the install or the product.

Install was perfect, sales guy did try to help, but in the end. His input on purchase was not helpful. already small issues with radio. is like a lot of products now. Made to last a few years then replace. Sad to see.

Our radio was installed at the Oro Valley, AZ store by Jeff. He did an awesome job placing the radio in our RV. it required additional labor and creativity but Jeff had no problems.
